How does the progressive system work?

The pump pushes lubricant into the divider inlet.

Inside, pistons operate in a fixed order – each piston delivers a preset volume at its point before the next operates.

All outlets are fed in sequence – mandatory, without exception.
- 4
If one outlet blocks, the entire system stops – visible at the cycle indicator.

One-piece galvanized steel – no sectional seals, fewer leak paths.
Metering screw per outlet: 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.4 cm³ per cycle.
Outlets individually or in pairs – volumes add.
Inlet G 1/4" (f), outlet G 1/8" (f), BSP throughout.
Individual outlets can be bridged – plant stays running during maintenance.
Visual, micro switch or proximity – minimal rework.

* Most common variant. Beyond 14 points: connect a second divider in series.
Cycle monitoring
* Micro switch = electrical signal per cycle to PLC. Standard for new plants.
Metering screw (per outlet)
* 0.2 cm³ standard fit. Larger bearings may use 0.4 cm³.
Lubricant
Same divider. Max. pressure: grease 250 bar, oil 150 bar.
