Pneumatic lubrication unit · RAASM C30F / 224-SP
Air-operated, tank or drum, grease (NLGI 2) and oil (>40 cSt).
When is a pneumatic pump useful?
No electrical supply available
Where compressed air is available but no suitable electrical supply – e.g. workshops or hazardous areas.
Direct operation from drum
Pump grease or oil directly from drums (20–220 kg) without refilling. Ideal as central fill and supply station.
Standard equipment
Pressure ratio 50:1 / 65:1 / 75:1 depending on series, max. 8 bar air.
100–350 bar stepless, matched to system requirements.
Standard on drums – complete emptying.
Gauge, relief valve, 300 µm fill filter, bleed valve.
Visual (grease P/N 3085005), ultrasonic min/max (oil P/N 3085950).
Exploded drawing, spare parts list, multilingual.
Variants
Container size
* 10 L tank = compact floor solution. Drum variants = central supply without refilling.
Lubricant
Each version has its own P/N.
Pump series (pressure ratio)
Higher ratio means higher outlet pressure at the same air pressure.
